Learn about the club structures in Spain… where supporters pay dues for a vote in the club. If that were true in the Premiership, YOU would have voted on the takeover, not a couple of horse jockeys.

if this were spain it would have never happened
there are already too many owners for anything like that here
If this was spain there would never have been a PLC. But without the PLC what else might never have been
